Studio Fizbin is an Independent Games Studio located in Ludwigsburg and Berlin, Germany. They strongly focus on story-based games and interactive apps with exciting, original and unique characters, worlds and tales.

History

Studio Fizbin is German Independent Games Studio founded in 2011. Fizbin’s first original IP, the point and click adventure “The Inner World” was released on PC, Mac, iOS, Android, PS4, Xbox One as well as on Nintendo Switch. Critics love the intense atmosphere, the intelligent puzzle design and the funny, ambiguous humor. Fizbin’s adventure won several awards like “Best German Game” of the “German Computer Games Award 2014”. Fizbin has co-founded two indie collective spaces, the “Saftladen” in Berlin and the “Kokolores” in Ludwigsburg, where creative individuals come together at one place. The studio is a member of “game”, the federation of German games industry. In addition to own games projects, Studio Fizbin designs and develops complete interactive games and apps for clients, such as a unique multiplayer game installation commissioned by the state museum of Muenster. Since 2016 Fizbin has strong relationships to German public broadcasters developing awesome kid’s apps to the famous shows like “The Elephant”, “Wissen macht Ah!” and “Kikaninchen”. In 2016 the production of the sequel The Inner World – The Last Wind Monk started, which was released in fall 2017 on all major platforms. Fizbin further collaborates with existing as well as new clients to continue developing new exiting game projects. Since 2018 and 2019, Fizbin developed three more new original Ips, which all have been release on major platforms in 2021: the 3D adventure on rails “Say No! More”, the 3D mystery exploration adventure “Lost At Sea” and the award-winning, atmospheric- emotional 2D-adventure “Minute Of Islands”.

Studio Fizbin ist ein 2011 gegründetes Independent-Games-Studio aus Deutschland. Fizbins erstes eigenes Videospiel-Projekt, das Point and Click Adventure „The Inner World“ ist seit 2013 für PC, Mac, als App für iOS und Android sowie auf PS4, Xbox One und Nintendo Switch erhältlich. „The Inner World“ erhielt zahlreiche Auszeichnungen, darunter den „Deutschen Entwicklerpreis“ und den „Deutschen Computerspielpreis 2014“ als „Bestes Deutsches Spiel“. Mittlerweile hat Studio Fizbin einen weiteren Standort in Berlin und ist Mitbegründer der Indie-Kollektive „Saftladen“ in Berlin und „Kokolores“ in Ludwigsburg. Studio Fizbin ist Mitglied im Bundesverband „game“, der die Interessen der deutschen Videospielindustrie vertritt. Neben eigenen Spieleprojekten entwickelt Studio Fizbin interaktive Spiele-Projekte für Kunden und setzt diese als Gesamtpaket um. So wurde zum Beispiel für das Landesmuseum in Münster die einzigartige Spieleinstallation „Spiel des Friedens“ entwickelt, Außerdem arbeitet Studio Fizbin mit dem Westdeutschen Rundfunk (WDR) zusammen an der „Elefanten-App“ und der „Wissen macht Ah!-App“ und für den TV-Sender „Kinderkanal“ an der „Kikaninchen-App“. Im Herbst 2017 wurde das nächste große, eigene Spieleprojekt, „The Inner World - Der Letzte Windmönch“ auf allen großen Plattformen veröffentlicht. Fizbin arbeitet weiterhin mit bestehenden und neuen Kunden zusammen, so dass immer neue und spannende Spieleprojekte entstehen werden. Die neuesten Fizbin-eigenen Veröffentlichungen sind das mehrfach ausgezeichnete, düster-emotionale “Minute Of Islands” sowie “Lost At Sea” und “Say No! More”, die alle 2021 erschienen sind.
